This headset is identical to the brand name S9, just a lot less expensive. I have tested all functions - including calls and bluetooth voice dialing - and it all works. It's a little tight around the head and gets uncomfortable after a few hours, but it's not bad. VERY lightweight... other than the tightness I can easily forget I'm wearing them!

Keep in mind when buying that the S9 works best in enclosed areas such as a home, office or vehicle, where there is plenty of bluetooth connectivity to the back of the head, which is where the electronics are on the S9. Outside is an entirely different story, as the signal is scattered to the four winds and very little gets to the headset. Connectivity outside is hit-or-miss... usually miss. That is also the case with the more expensive brand of S9, so it's not the manufacturer's fault: it's just a fact of life.

Knowing what I know now about the S9, would I still buy it? Unequivocally YES! It lasts for hours of continuous music use on a single charge and standby time is great. I spend most of my time indoors anyway so connectivity is a non-issue for me. If you spend a lot of time outside, wired headsets may be more suited to you.

Read the manual and you will be fine. You really can't go wrong with a wireless headset that's $20 SHIPPED. I am glad I bought it.
